Process

A visibility system has to survive the week after the launch.

The launch matters. The rhythm matters more. Photonic builds the structure that keeps the brand, website, Command Center, content, AI follow-up, and campaigns alive when the daily workload returns.

Plan my first sprint
01

Audit the signal

We inspect the brand, website, offers, local search presence, social rhythm, lead handling, content inventory, and follow-up gaps.

02

Build the visibility map

We define the service stack, page plan, content lanes, video needs, Command Center flow, automation paths, and launch milestones.

03

Deploy the command layer

Signal Inbox, funnels, calendars, email, VOIP, forms, tracking, automations, reporting, and owner dashboards are shaped around the business.

04

Produce the proof

Creators, designers, videographers, and Sky Zoom Media aerial support turn real business activity into campaign assets.

05

Launch the pressure

Website, social, email, text, ads, local proof, short videos, and offers go live as one visible campaign system.

06

Measure and sharpen

We review leads, calls, form fills, content output, search movement, campaign response, and owner priorities, then adjust the next sprint.

Goals and milestones

From audit to launch to repeatable visibility.

Days 1-10: Visibility Audit

  • Define the business offer, audience, service areas, and local proof gaps.
  • Review website, search presence, social channels, Command Center needs, phone path, email path, and content inventory.
  • Deliver a prioritized action map with urgent fixes, launch assets, and 30-day conversion targets.

Days 11-30: Launch Sprint

  • Stand up the brand direction, website or landing page path, intake forms, calendar, phone path, and first campaign.
  • Capture short-form video, proof assets, graphics, and social content for the first month of visibility.
  • Launch lead follow-up workflows and track calls, forms, booked appointments, and campaign response.

Days 31-60: Command Center

  • Move leads, conversations, follow-up, reporting, reviews, and reactivation into the Photonic Command Center.
  • Add AI-assisted lead handling, missed-call recovery, review prompts, and content repurposing workflows.
  • Publish new proof sections, service pages, FAQs, videos, and campaign creative based on early traction.

Days 61-90: Local Dominance Rhythm

  • Establish weekly publishing, monthly campaign themes, creator capture cadence, and reporting checkpoints.
  • Expand into local search, AI-search visibility, email, text, paid-social creative, and offer-specific landing pages.
  • Decide whether to scale into full-contact creative support, seasonal campaigns, or multi-location rollout.

The outcome

A brand that shows up with purpose before customers even start looking.
